All our 18 rooms are ensuite with modern appointments. But a divided into three classifications.
A Family Room includes; bath with shower and wc en suite, tea and coffee facilities, 14'' television and a direct dial telephone. The room has one double and one single bed but extra camp beds can be provided if required.
A Standard Room includes bath with shower and wc en suite, tea and coffee facilities, a 19'' television withe Freeview, a trouser press and a direct dial telephone. The room has one double or king size bed.
An Executive Room includes bath with shower and wc en suite, tea and coffee facilities, a 26'' television with Freeview, DVD player, a trouser press and a direct dial telephone. The room has a king size bed. Executive rooms have estuary views and a large floor space.

We have no dedicated single rooms. Single occupants are booked into
a standard or family room.
Double room reservations will be booked into standard
or family rooms based on availability.
One ground floor room is equipped for disabled persons.

• For your comfort, a member of our management team is available at all times of the day and night.
• Room service is available on request at peak times (10% service charge)..
• Fax, e-mail and Internet facilities are available for your use.
• Portable beds are available as extra beds in family rooms. Please note that if you need more than two camp beds, this will restrict your floor space and so we recommend an executive room. Rates are available upon request. There will be a £10.00 supplement per person for bed and breakfast.
• Cots are available.
• Early morning calls on request.
• Well-behaved pets are accepted in our ground floor rooms.

  To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per room per night is required.

  Discounts are available for corporate accounts and block bookings.
